I have every right to decline the commission if it makes me uncomfortable. Our exchange and messages regarding commissions are strictly business. I do not allow my art be used for any commercial purposes (prints, merch, thumbnails) under any circumstances for the time being.
Regarding character designs, commercial use (ie, games, [web]comics, merch, prints) is strictly prohibited without permission. Do not upload any of my products/ commissioned work without proper credit (that is, linking my username @casrastr0phe or my carrd)During the commission process, half payment should be upfront (unless it is steam games, nitro etc. then it should be all upfront OR all sent before receiving the final product), I will provide you with the sketches/ line art, rendering etc throughout so you can give me feedback and before i send you the final piece, you will pay the rest of the amount. I cannot refund you as i stated all the clients will be asked to donate to charity since i have no e-banking so you have to be sure about the commission. Changes throughout the commission process are completely free of charge.
